We always had a lot of dogs, so when we made bacon they would get the drippings. Oh they loved it. Now we have a lot of fat dogs. If you don't have dogs or you don't want fat dogs, this is a great addition to the kitchen. The FAT TRAPPER stores hot fat and grease easily and cleanly in foil bags. The plastic canister also traps the odor and prevents spillage if tipped. It's dishwasher safe and comes with two bags. It's only $12.98, extra bags are $4.98 for 5.

Here are some beautiful measuring utensils from KitchenArt. There are Three sets, ADJUST-A-CUP, ADJUST-A-SCOOP, and ADJUST-A-SPOON. A mini EXOPAT. This little one is the same size as the pan above and if you've never used an exopat before you're missing out. This is a silicon pan liner,  it helps conduct the heat more evenly and keeps food from burning as easily. We host cooking classes in the store here and my other job is doing the dishes, let me tell you, of the hundreds of times I've washed these exopats I've maybe seen 1 or 2 things burned but I've never seen anything stick, ever. It takes little more than to run these under water to get them clean and you'll never buy parchment again. Only  $13.98  for this one. Check out more here...
