mini EXOPAT. This little one is the same size as the pan above and if you've
never used an exopat before you're missing out. This is a silicon pan
liner, it helps conduct the heat more evenly and keeps food from burning
as easily. We host cooking classes in the store here and my other job is doing
the dishes, let me tell you, of the hundreds of times I've washed these exopats
I've maybe seen 1 or 2 things burned but I've never seen anything stick, ever.
