The offset handles give
you much better balance when you’re taking your bird out of the oven–the other
advantage of course, is that the roaster will fit into a smaller oven–you don’t
have to allow space for handles that stick out on each end. And the aluminum core,
sandwiched between the stainless steel, gives you even heat distribution for great
browning–no hot spots.
The roaster is made up of two functional
pieces, with a top that you can turn over and use as a gorgeous casserole dish or 4 quart
sauté pan all by itself. Clever, right? And such a handsome piece to bring to
the table. The 10 quart bottom roaster handles a 20 pound turkey.
