To return an item, an authorization code is needed.

with the subject line "Return Authorization for Order # (your order#)". Returns are accepted within 30 days of
shipment of your
order. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

for shipment.
John Boos butcher blocks are not returnable. All
discrepancies in your butcher block order go directly to John Boos.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed only if the return is
a result of an error on the part of Kitchen Classics.
