To get you started, your Cameron Smoker
comes with 4 small size samples, at approximately 1 oz. (1/4 cup) each.
These chips are specially designed
for the Cameron Smoker- more of a "dust" than a traditional wood chip for
quicker ignition, so a little goes a long way. The chips ignite easily. You do not need to
wet down these chips- just sprinkle the required amount at the bottom of your smoker.
Experiment with your wood chips. A great
way to “test” the flavor of your chips is to smoke a bland vegetable, such
as a
zucchini, and taste. Mix your wood chips for a unique, signature flavor.
